Single bowl kitchen sinks are a more traditional form of kitchen sink. There is only one deep bowl rather than having a second additional bowl. We sell two different types of these sinks. One is the self-rimming variety and the other is the undermount variety. Undermount single bowls are placed into the countertop from underneath. Although they are valued because of the seamless appearance that they provide, they are difficult to install and only work on certain countertops, predominantly hard counters. Laminate countertops will not work with these sinks. Self rimming single bowls are much easier to install because they are set into the countertop from above. Also, they work on a wider variety of countertops. However, they do not fit into the counter as well as undermounts. Also, they can be replaced without destroying countertops. For people who prefer different options in their sinks, some different features are available. In some sinks, customers can choose whether they would like one faucet hole or three or four faucet holes. Also, multiple color options are available in every sink. The colors and faucet hole options vary with each different sink, but each option allows you to customize your sink in a way that flatters your kitchen.
