Customers assume responsibility for inspecting merchandise before signing for it free and clear. Any suspected damage must be noted with the word “damage” next to your signature or you can refuse the delivery. All suspected damages must be reported to Cavester.com immediately so that a claim can be filed. In the case of freight damage claims, credit will be issued to the customer's account once the claim is settled by the freight company.
Concealed damage claims must be reported to Cavester.com within two business days of receipt of product. It is extremely important that the customer immediately open the package and inspect the merchandise to check for damage within two business days of receipt so that a claim can be placed with the freight company and new merchandise can be sent out.
Cut off time for next day air shipping and second day air shipping is 3 p.m. central time. We do not ship products out during the weekend or on holidays.
Most products ship within 48 hours during the week. If a product is back ordered or is a special order from the manufacturer, we will notify the customer via email to inform them of the approximate time when the product will be available.
We are unable to offer any of the free shipping offers to any of our customers in Hawaii and Alaska. In most cases there will be additional fees to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. In this case the customer will be contacted via email for approval of the additional fees before the order is shipped. Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the United States.
