Most Items that have not been installed can be returned within 30 days of receipt with a 20% restocking fee. Some manufacturers do not allow their items to be returned. If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly noted in that product's description. All products must be returned in their original packaging and be in 100% resalable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse. In order to return a product, an RGA (return goods authorization) must be obtained from Cavester.com. In order to obtain an RGA, please contact us at info@cavester.com. Any item returned without an RGA will not receive credit and will not be sent back to the customer. All items received by our warehouse are inspected upon receipt and if the item is determined to have been previously installed, no credit will be given to the customer and the product will not be returned to the customer. Credit will only be issued to the customer's account once the product has been received by the warehouse and verified that it is in resalable condition.

Customers assume responsibility for inspecting merchandise before signing for it free and clear. Any suspected damage must be noted with the word “damage” next to your signature or you can refuse the delivery. All suspected damages must be reported to Cavester.com immediately so that a claim can be filed. In the case of freight damage claims, credit will be issued to the customer's account once the claim is settled by the freight company.

Concealed damage claims must be reported to Cavester.com within two business days of receipt of product. It is extremely important that the customer immediately open the package and inspect the merchandise to check for damage within two business days of receipt so that a claim can be placed with the freight company and new merchandise can be sent out.
